This is the Forest Park pass and a car, in one booking. Four days inside Zhangjiajie National Forest Park with every bus and every lift included, and a driver waiting at the airport or the station when you land. USD 90 a head when there are two or more of you.
Why it exists: the park is 40 kilometres from the airport, and at eleven at night there is no taxi rank worth trusting. Booking the pass and the ride separately is how people end up paying twice and arguing in a car park with someone who does not speak English.

USD 90 per person when there are two or more of you, and USD 101 if you are travelling alone. Station pickup is USD 88 a head, or USD 97 alone, because it is a shorter run.
Four days of entry, all the park buses, unlimited rides on the three cable cars and the Bailong Elevator, and a private car from the airport or the station to your hotel. That is the whole product. No guide standing next to you unless you ask for one, no schedule we make you keep.
The pickup on its own is RMB 150 from the airport and RMB 120 from the station. Buy it with the pass and it comes down to RMB 72 or RMB 60 each, because the car is going whether there is one of you or four. On your own you pay what the car costs. We would rather show you that split than hide it inside one number.
Rate is 1 USD = RMB 6.72, fixed for the season. We do not reprice a booking because the rate moved. In ringgit at October 2026 rates that is about MYR 368 per person with an airport pickup, MYR 360 with a station pickup, MYR 413 travelling alone and MYR 397 with a station pickup on your own.
What the driver does
- Tracks the flight. Two hours late, he is still standing there. There is no waiting charge for a delayed flight.
- Waits inside arrivals with your name on a board. Not a taxi rank, not a phone call you have to make in Chinese.
- Hands you a settlement sheet in the car: what you paid, what the pass covers, what it does not, and the number to call. Two copies, you sign one and keep one.
- Will not sell you anything else. If you want Tianmen Mountain, the glass bridge, or a ride back to the airport, ask us. Not him, in the car, in the dark.

How you pay
We confirm the dates first, then send you either a PayPal link or a WeChat Pay and Alipay QR code. Nothing is charged before we know the park has the slots.
Want to pay the driver instead? Yes. Say so when you book and we will arrange it. Card, WeChat Pay, Alipay, or cash RMB, and you sign a sheet that lists what you paid for.
Two things we do not do. We do not take card numbers over WhatsApp or email. And we do not ask you to upload a passport photo into a web form. Passport names and numbers come to us by WhatsApp or email, after the dates are confirmed, and they go straight into the park’s booking system.

Before the pass is issued and the car has not been sent, you get everything back. Once the car has been sent, the pickup part is not refunded. The pass still comes back minus the park’s 5%.
The pickup part is only ever the amount printed on your sheet. Paid RMB 72, we keep RMB 72. We are not going to charge you for a ride you never took, and we are not going to keep more than the ride cost.
The time that counts is when we receive your message. Not when a system logs it. If your connection drops, or the app will not load on hotel wifi, or it is three in the morning where your phone thinks it is — we go by the timestamp on our side. That is the point of there being a person on the other end.
Things worth knowing
- The Ten-Mile Gallery train is not included. Not in this pass, not in any pass. RMB 38, on its own, every time.
- Four days is not four walk-ins. Every entry needs its own slot: a date, a time and a gate. We book all of it for you, but you have to turn up at the right one.
- A passport goes to a window, not a turnstile. Have the physical document in your hand. A photo on your phone will not open the gate.
- One car, one hotel. Extra stops are fine and cost extra. We tell you the number before, not after.
- Tianmen Mountain is a separate park and a separate ticket. Its cableway has been closed since 13 October 2026, and only the Line C route is running. We will tell you what that means for your dates before you pay.
